Former Harvard Law School Visiting Scholar F. Frederic (Ric) Fouad will present on the Milton Hershey School Trust, which he argues should be a state of the art institution for at-risk children, leveraging the $11 billion in funds and resources flowing from the Hershey chocolate fortune. Fouad will outline what he sees as the failures of that school and potential for reform. 5 PM in WCC 2004. Light fare provided.
