CAP Signs In Support of HEROES Act (H.R. 6800)

Bill rewards states and courts that relieve families of the burden of juvenile fees and fines.

The Child Advocacy Program (CAP) has signed a letter urging Senate leadership to adopt provisions of the HEROES Act, which provides incentive for states and local governments to stop charging and collecting juvenile fees and fines during the COVID-19 crisis.
